Rockstar Games is getting ready to kick off the first access to Red Dead Online. Access to the game mode will begin on Tuesday, November 27th for everyone who purchased the Ultimate Edition of Red Dead Redemption 2.
The beta will begin at 8:30 AM ET on November 27th. This release will mark the beginning of a rollout where all Red Dead Redemption 2 players will be able to access the online features as the beta is expanded to all on November 30th.
So what should you expect from Red Dead Online? Right now Rockstar says that players will be able to form a posse with up to seven other players, use the game’s camping features, do activities like hunting and fishing, go on treasure hunts, complete missions, or fight against other online players in skirmishes.
Rockstar says that they expect turbulence at launch for Red Dead Online.
